Greenline is at BeefEx 2026 on Booths 5–6, 22–24 September, at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. Greenline is operating in Queensland now, with more installs underway.

Greenline is automated livestock feeding: accurate batching, consistent delivery, and less labour. Feeding needs to be consistent every day. Greenline automates the batching and delivery, so every batch is mixed to the ration you specified and delivered on the same schedule each day. We will have the whole system on screen at Booths 5–6, with the crew who install it standing next to it.

Accurate batching

Every batch is mixed to the ration you specified, and the mix is recorded so you can check afterwards what the cattle actually got. A ration set by a nutritionist still varies with whoever is on the mixer that morning and how the day is running. Greenline mixes to the same specification every time, on every shift.

Consistent delivery

The same feed goes to the same cattle at the same time every day. Consistent delivery is just as important as accurate batching, so Greenline follows the same delivery schedule and sequence each day. Darren Hamblin runs a Greenline system at Strathdale Wagyu:

Less labour

Greenline takes on the repetitive mixing and delivery work, so feeding takes fewer people and fewer hours. That gives your team more time to focus on the cattle, the data and keeping the feeding system running efficiently.

Batching and delivering the same ration at the same time every day takes less labour and wastes less feed, and that is where the cost saving comes from. How much it comes to depends on the operation, so we would rather work through your numbers with you than quote you someone else’s.

Every Greenline system is designed, installed, commissioned and supported by our team at Dalby, so service comes from the people who put the system in rather than from a supplier overseas. Pete Garrett, a Greenline owner, made the same point:
