Dalby, QLD | Full‑Time | Growing Local Manufacturer
DOM Sheet Metal (DSM) — part of the rapidly expanding DOM Group (DOM Distribution, DOM Parts, Greenline, BJ Hydraulics, Scraper Hire Australia) — is seeking a Brake Press Operator to join our high‑performing team in Dalby.
We’re known for producing premium heavy‑duty tool boxes, lockable fridge boxes, and high‑quality custom manufacturing work trusted across multiple industries.
About the Role
We are looking for someone who can operate our brake press and assist across other areas of the workshop when required, including:
Performing manual material handling operations
Set up, calibrate and operate manual brake press
Review and follow technical drawings and specifications as required
Accurately measure, align, and inspect materials to ensure high-quality production standards
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues on brake press machinery as needed
Work with the production teams to achieve targets and deadlines
Adhere and comply with WH&S regulations while keeping a clean work environment
Make sure that all finalised products meet the required quality standards prior to being dispatched.
Assisting in Laser cutting, Fabrication, Blasting, Powder coating, Assembly and general workshop duties
If you’re a team player and enjoy variety in your day, this role offers both stability and new skills to learn.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a brake press operator and ability to control and set the machines. Current Drivers licence & forklift licence preferred.

Dalby, QLD | Full‑Time | Training Provided
DOM Sheet Metal (DSM) is expanding and we’re looking for a detail‑driven Powder Coater to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, consistency, and quality finishes.
About the Role
You will be responsible for all stages of the powder coating process, including:
Prep & prime
Sanding & surface preparation
Loading and Un-loading
Powder coating & baking
Unloading & quality checks
Assisting with general duties across laser, fabrication, blast and assembly as needed
Whether you have experience or are looking to step into the industry, we will support you with full training.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have experience as a powder coater or spray painter and ability to prepare product to a high standard to ensure a high quality finish. Current Drivers licence & forklift licence preferred.
The successful applicant will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrating resilience under operational pressure with a focus on quality through strong attention to detail.

Dalby, QLD | Experienced Role | Key Position in a Growing Team
If you love precision, problem-solving, and taking a design from drawing to finished part, this role might be for you.
We’re seeking a skilled Laser Operator to become a key part of our manufacturing workflow.
About the Role
This position has significant responsibility and variety. You will:
Nesting for quotes and production runs
Load material and laser cutting
Unload and inspect finished parts
Perform routine maintenance on the laser
Support other manufacturing areas when needed

DOM Distribution is seeking a motivated and skilled Agricultural Technician to join our team in a full-time, permanent position. This is an exciting opportunity to support the rollout of new Greenline Feeding Systems, an advanced automated feeding solution transforming livestock management across Australia.
About the Role
In this hands-on, client-focused role, you will support the installation, optimisation, and ongoing performance of our automated feeding machines. You’ll work closely with farmers, ensuring they get the most out of their feeding systems and helping them achieve best-practice efficiency and animal welfare outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Install, program, test, and maintain agricultural equipment, including advanced automated feeding systems.
Provide on-site and remote support to clients during installation and system setup.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and deliver timely, practical solutions.
Advise clients on optimal system configuration and best-practice feeding workflows.
Manage equipment inventory, tools, and job scheduling.
Maintain accurate service records and reports.
Skills & Knowledge
Technical knowledge of animal husbandry and general livestock farming practices.
Technological proficiency working with modern farming equipment, sensors, automated systems, or machinery.
Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage daily tasks and longer-term projects independently.
Physical fitness with the capacity to perform outdoor, hands-on tasks, including equipment installation and maintenance.
A problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
A valid driver’s licence (required); mechanical or electrical aptitude (advantageous).
