The New Standard in Rural Works...
Precision Finishes & Soil Health
Agronomic Benefit, GPS Integration, and the Ashland Advantage
Earthmoving in a rural context isn't just about moving dirt; it's about what happens to the land after the machines leave. Max Strasser’s recent 400-acre project highlighted a major shift in how farmers view compaction and surface finish.
"The tractor and scraper leave your farming country in much better nick than a Cat scraper would," Max observes. "Even in areas used as a haul road, there's very little real deep compaction."
Max’s recent swap from the K-Tec to the Ashland 1812e has added a new level of finesse to his drainage work. With independent rear lifting for cross-levelling and walking beam axles, the Ashland allows for perfectly flat floors in narrow waterways.
Combined with the optional Trimble GPS (or other preferred system), Max can set benchmarks and let the machine handle the precision. The result? A finish so clean that property owners can go straight back to farming without having to plough out the ruts left by traditional heavy dozers or scrapers.
